Axamer Lizum
Skiing in Austria is as diverse and fun as anywhere in the world, and you are in basically the home of Alpine skiing. Axamer Lizum (Magic Mountains) was purpose built for the 1964 Winter Olympic Games, it is a snow sure domain and offers spectacular views of Innsbruck and the surrounding region. Axamer Lizum is part of the Innsbruck Gletscher Ski Pass, which covers the lifts of Tulfes, Mutterer Alm, Igls and the Stubai glacier, which is open all year.
