Resorts & Accommodation
Cape Town
Cape Town is southern Africa’s most beautiful and most visited city. By far the most striking and famous of its sights is Table Mountain. Frequently shrouded by clouds this mountain provides a scenic backdrop to the city. Other popular sights include the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, Robben Island, the infamous island prison that was Nelson Mandela’s home for nearly two decades and the various vineyards in and around the Cape that have produced some of SA’s most popular wines.
East London
East London is the second-largest city in the Eastern Cape and the beaches to the east of the town are very beautiful, with long stretches of sand, high dunes and good swimming spots. This extremely pretty coastal city is unique because of the number of rivers that flow through it to the sea.
Knysna
Knysna stands at the hub of the Garden Route. It’s lack of ocean beaches is compensated by its hilly setting around the lagoon. The lagoon’s narrow mouth is guarded by a pair of steep rocky promontories called” The Heads”, the western side being a private nature reserve and the eastern one an exclusive residential area along dramatic cliffs above the Indian Ocean.
Port Elizabeth
Situated on the shores of the Indian Ocean, overlooking Algoa Bay, Port Elizabeth is a bustling seaport city flaunts an atmosphere of relaxed year-round fun and excitement. Warm, dry summers and mild winter temperatures entice water sport lovers to Algoa Bay throughout the year. The breathtaking seashore boasts a perfect combination of warm water, protected beaches and invigorating sea breezes.
