(If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. Your tour operator or other principal will usually pass this information onto their suppliers once we have provided it to them. The tour operator or other principal's use of your information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and any future marketing and is their responsibility. n) Information regarding EU Directive - Carriers & Community List. We are required under EU directive (EC) no. 2111/2005, Article 9 to bring to your attention the Community list' containing details of air carriers subject to an operating ban within the EU Community. This Community list can be found on the website of the Department of Transport which is : www.dft.gov.uk and by following the links from the Aviation page through to the Foreign Airline Permits via the Aviation part.
