Not only is Malta a small historically rich Mediterranean island, where the Maltese hospitality is legendary, but it is also the perfect destination for sports groups to travel to, as it has a Commonwealth heritage, which means that sports such as football, netball, hockey, rugby and tennis are readily available through the local club structure”.

 Glenn continued, “This means we can organise local opposition for UK schools and clubs to play their preferred sports against, which is not always so easy when you look at other destinations.
