Hotel Cristal - Praia de Vieira Coast

The Cristal Vieira Praia is a modern well-furnished hotel set right on the beach! There is a warm and friendly atmosphere and groups can staying either in the 3-star hotel or the 4-star resort with duplex rooms in the style of local fisherman's cottages. The new dance studio has sprung floors, mirrored walls and new sound system!

A personalised programme can be created by our expert tutors and can include stick fighting, street theatre and circus skills for drama or for music students a choice to include rhythm work, song school and improvisation along with perhaps taking in a concert. Dance students can choose from a wide range - from street dance to salsa and our art groups can draw inspiration from the historically rich local area with medieval towns and fortresses.

All rooms have sea view, private bathroom, hairdryer, satellite television, radio, telephone, air conditioning, minibar and security system. The Hotel has a heated swimming pool and a complete health club, with saunas, Turkish bath, argyle bath, Scotch bath, hydro massage, massage room, gymnasium, solarium. Buffet meals offer plenty of choice to suit groups.

Excursions can include a visit to Obidos, a medieval walled town which has been preserved to look like a picture postcard. Lisbon is a great day out - a historic culturally rich city with lots to see and do. The hotel is located by the beach and surrounded by the amazing Leirias's pine wood, planted in the 12th century and whose woods were used to build vessels and caravelas.
