Resort Team Personnel
Description
Activ4 is a school travel specialist offering sports tours, ski trips, study tours and performing arts trips. We are looking for outgoing and interesting people to be Resort Team Leaders and Resort Team Members who are available to travel to our destinations during our busy periods especially during school holidays.
Working in the educational travel sector requires pro-active team members who will go out of their way to create a fantastic holiday experience for the school children involved and the teaching staff who accompany them. We want people who are passionate about travel and understand the requirements of good customer service to be our champions in resort
As part of our Resort Team, you will do all you can to assist the ‘Party Leader’ to ensure the smooth running of the travel itinerary. Party Leader’s vary and we’ll expect you to tailor your approach to make sure everyone gets the most out of their time with us.
In return you’ll have access to a range of opportunities to travel throughout the year, and support all the way. We have an experienced and professional operations team who design and organise great itineraries, will provide full training before departure, and are available 24hrs a day whilst you are on tour.
Requirements
As well as a responsible, professional attitude, you’ll need to have a clear head under pressure, plus exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to work varied hours. We’ll be looking for some relevant customer service experience, ideally within the travel industry.
