RESORT STAFF - PART-TIME (abroad)

Seasonal, from 1 - 3 week postings - mostly during school holidays

As a dynamic independent tour operator specialising in tours for schools and groups we hire enthusiastic resort staff who enjoy being part of the hectic day to day running of our worldwide locations. Many of our resort staff are teachers as it works well with their existing work experience and alongside their existing job committments.

As a resort rep your duties will include:

• understanding the needs of your group and the party leader by holding daily feedback sessions
• provide information and assistance to the group and party leader
• meet and assist the group with their arrival and check-in procedure
• organise the prescribed daily pattern for the Evening Entertainment Programme and host evenings where necessary
• accompany group on pre-organised excursions
• meet the group at mealtimes
• accompany daily training sessions/workshops/fixtures, as necessary

Not essential, but let us know if you also have a specialism in one of the following?

• Football Coaching
• Netball Coaching
• Hockey Coaching
• Dance tuition
• Ski / Snowboard

If you are highly motivated with a sense of humour, able to work on your own initiative, and the ability to travel during holiday periods we would like to hear from you!

SKI REPRESENTATIVE - HOURS: PEAK/SEASONAL

Package includes return flights, meals, accommodation, expenses and weekly wage.

As a resort rep you will need enough charisma to do the following:

• understand the needs of your group and the party leader by holding daily feedback sessions
• provide information and assistance to the group and party leader
• organise the prescribed daily pattern for the Evening Entertainmnet Programme
• Assist the local agtent in the provision of lift passes and equipment
• accompany group to the rendezvous with ski instructors (daily)
• meet the party at the lunch stop (daily)
• greet the party at the end of their skiing (daily)

Most importantly, smile, smile & smile some more!

(There is an induction session for all rep's and a 'How To' file for each location)
