Disability & Accessibility - we are not a specialist disabled holiday company but we will do our utmost to cater for any special requirements you may have. Please advise any special dietary requirements when submitting your final numbers. Price Policy - our prices are based on full occupancy of rooms and under occupancy will be charged. Supervisory adults will be based on twin or single occupancy basis. If there are an odd number of adults, whether free place or paying members, single occupancy supplements will automatically apply unless they can be accommodated within the group

Surcharges - Once the price of your chosen booking has been confirmed at the time of booking, then subect to the correction of errors, we will only increase the price in certain specific circumstances (please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details)
