 About The Role:

So what does the Administration Assistant do in our company? This role is part of the Finance Department but really relates to client management. The majority of your time will be spent working with schools to ensure that payment deadlines are met and that they are aware of the financial status of their account. Furthermore, you will work with our worldwide suppliers to ensure that invoices and payments are correct and received on time.

We work in ACT, Outlook, Word and Excel, on the job training will be provided and in comparison to many travel industry systems ours is straightforward. Nevertheless this role revolves around communication and the ability to keep records and illustrate detail.

 About You:

We need a team player who is just as comfortable working with colleagues in the office as with party leaders . You will need to have an aptitude for numbers and a good telephone manner.

Previous experience is useful, but it’s not essential. Just demonstrate your customer-first attitude, and your ability to provide assistance calmly and effectively, and we will develop the rest…

 The Nitty-Gritty:
  •  Starting Salary       £14,000 – £16,000 depending on experience
  •  Hours:                      This post is offered on a Full Time or Part Time basis. Office hours are 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday but there is can be some flexibility around the working hours as our clients are predominantly schools.
