October Half Term in Spain
“School Trips to Spain don’t get any better than this…”
Aaron and Kat joined a number of our groups in Spain during the October half term in Platja D’Aro and enjoyed the sunshine on the Costa Brava.
October Half Term is re-emerging as a favoured time to travel for many schools to travel and quite right too because after a long hot summer the Med is still nice and warm and the chance for some last gasp sunshine before winter sets in is irresistible…
School Trips to Spain: The Caleta Palace Hotel
Sports teams and Performing Arts groups all enjoyed the hospitality of the Caleta Palace Hotel. Just look at its position right on the beach… when the weather is this warm the pool is always popular when sports groups return from an energetic training session or game as to with dancers returning from the studio.
School Trips to Spain: Barcelona
Barcelona is fantastic city to visit and when you are taking a school trip to Spain then the Nou Camp Stadium is a must. Its sheer size dominates your thinking and you can’t help but put yourself into the place of players who run out each week to the Catalan roar. There are so many photo opportunities during the tour that you really are going to need a bigger notice board!
School Trips to Spain: Make it Happen!
Lots of schools during the half term week had combined a number of activities for the group, so within their number they included football teams, netball teams and performing artists.
It’s no secret why the Activ4 programmes are so successful… there is just so much to do. There are training sessions and matches; workshops and performances and a whole host of evening activities from dodgems to disco’s and quizzes to 10 pins…
