Serre Chevalier: The Skiing
There are 250 km of slopes and as such the Serre Chevalier Vallée is one of the largest ski regions in Europe. It spreads over 6 villages :Briançon, Puy Saint-André, Puy Saint-Pierre, Chantemerle, Villeneuve and Le Monêtier Les Bains.
Students who are just starting out will enjoy the skiing on a wide range of beginner and intermediate slopes which run through the picturesque larch forests, whilst experts can descend over 6000 vertical metres!
A modern snowmaking network is also a feature of the region and combined with lifts reaching 2800m schools can enjoy a long season that continues through the Easter vacation.
