In celebration of World Tourism Day we at Activ4 want to shine a spotlight on the importance of school tourism.

We run school tours to a multitude of destinations highlighting a multitude of subjects. Tourism for schools is incredibly important due to its impact on learning. A school tour can bring the classroom to life in new and challenging ways that have your students taking learning into their own hands.

Tourism for pupils should be recognised for its crucial impact on the development of students.

For example, give your young sportsmen and women the opportunity to experience a trip of a lifetime at one of our Sportsfest Tournaments. Sportsfest is a chance for your footballers and netballers to participate in a tournament against teams they would have otherwise never encounter, face new challenges with their playing and push themselves to new limits. Do all of this whilst taking advantage of the tours sunny Spanish location.

Alternatively, educational school tours are equally as beneficial to student’s development. An educational tour gives students the chance to see first-hand everything they have been learning about in class.

Our educational tour to Pompeii does just that, bringing textbooks to life under the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, a trip to Pompeii ensures unforgettable memories all whilst learning at the same time. Educational tours help students to put their learning into perfective.
