Day 1 Departure and Arrival in Rotterdam

Morning:
Depart from school by coach.

Evening:

Arrive in Rotterdam (depending on the distance, this could be late evening).

Check into your accommodation.

Dinner at the hotel.

Rest for the night in preparation for the following day.

Day 2 Coaching Session & Friendly Fixture

Morning:
Breakfast at the hotel.

Coaching Session 1: A morning technical training session at a local training facility or sports park. This session will focus on skills development and preparing the team for the friendly match later.

Afternoon:

Lunch at the hotel or a local eatery.

Friendly Fixture: The team will play a friendly match against a local Dutch team. This fixture will give the players the chance to apply their training in a match setting.

Evening:

Return to the hotel for some rest.

Dinner and a debriefing session where the coaches review the match performance.

Free time to relax.

Day 3 Explore Rotterdam & Feyenoord Stadium Tour

Morning:
Breakfast at the hotel.

Explore Rotterdam: Take a guided coach tour around Rotterdam to see key attractions, such as the Cube Houses, Erasmus Bridge, and the maritime museum. This gives players a chance to see the city while learning about its history and culture.

Afternoon:

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Feyenoord Stadium Tour: After lunch, take a coach ride to Feyenoord’s iconic De Kuip stadium for a behind-the-scenes tour. Explore the locker rooms, pitch side, and learn about the team’s history and achievements.

Evening:

Return to the hotel.

Dinner and free time for team activities or relaxation.

Day 4 Coaching Session & Friendly Fixture

Morning:

Breakfast at the hotel.

Coaching Session 2: A tactical training session focusing on team play, set pieces, and strategy.

Afternoon:

Lunch at the hotel or local venue.

Friendly Fixture: Play another friendly match against a different local Dutch team, putting the tactical work from the morning into practice.

Evening:

Return to the hotel for a brief debrief on the match.

Dinner and time to reflect on the trip and improvements made

Day 5 Departure

Morning:
Breakfast at the hotel and check out.

Coach travel back to your home country.

Afternoon:

Continue the coach journey, with regular rest stops for meals and breaks.

Step aboard history at the Maritime Museum Rotterdam, where students can explore the Netherlands’ rich seafaring past and its impact on global trade, innovation and exploration. With interactive exhibits, historic vessels and hands-on activities, the museum brings maritime history to life — from shipbuilding and navigation to port logistics and offshore technology.

Cube Houses

Get a glimpse of Rotterdam’s bold and unconventional architecture with a visit to the iconic Cube Houses (Kubuswoningen).
