Activ4 can organise local a variety of local opposition for UK schools and clubs to play netball against, which is not always so easy when you look at other destinations. Malta therefore takes away those hurdles.
It also has a great climate and a great infrastructure of sports facilities. School netball tours in Malta also feature an action packed schedule of activities for your group to enjoy. Activities range from ten pin bowling to a day cruising on the Med in a tall ship sailboat.

Depart from your UK airport bound for Malta. Your group will be met by a member of the Activ4 School Tours destination team and escorted to Qawra. With plenty of restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours it’s an ideal location for our students. The hotel has several rooms to host a variety of evening entertainments, this evening you could have a quiz night.
Training sessions will be done in the morning and are a short transfer from the hotel; with Malta only 122 square miles in size it doesn’t take too long to travel to any of our sports destinations which include both indoor and outdoor facilities. Fixtures are usually played in the late afternoon or early evening against local club and school teams.
Today you will visit the Maltese capital Valletta. A World Heritage site named after Grand Master La Valette. The first stone of the city was laid in 1566 and it took 8,000 labourers 5 years to build the 2 mile fortifications. Finish by heading into the shopping district to find a treat or two to take home with you.
Back to sport with a training session in the morning where you can focus on developing and improving the techniques from your fixtures earlier on in the tour. Later you can take a recovery session back at the hotel swimming pool. On the final night hold an awards ceremony to decide on the player of the tour, most goals etc.
After breakfast it’s time to check out and depending on your flight schedule there may be time for a swim before your coach transfers you to the airport for the return flight home. The tour officially ends when you get back to the UK, but with a trip this great we are sure that it will live long in the memory.
